Lost phone. How to reset my account pin without my phone

You don't.  You go to an AT&T store, replace the phone, and have a Sim card made for your old number.  Bring ID and method you use to refill to help ID.  You'll need to know your login info. 

I went to AT&T store I provided my ID , address proof and my passport. I cant remember my pin. They said they cant help. 

I really dont know what else proof I need to show them when I'm standing alive with all my Id's proofs in front of them.

I went to at&t corporate store and they verified my ID proof and store manager was able to bypass the account pin verification step and they gave me a new sim card on my same phone number.

I went to Corparate and they too told me without my phone in hand they wouldn't be able to help me. reset my pin. My phone was stolen 3 days after I got it. I had barely begun to use it. THEY ALSO WON'T TAKE MY PAYM,ENT OR STOP SERVICE!

I don't have personal experience with this kind of theft, but I do keep password protection on my Sim, and would recommend doing so. I think it's likely a thief might just throw the phone away once they discover the Sim is password protected.
