Login issues

It has been several days that I can’t login my account. Every time I tried to login it just pops up a window showing “system errors” or “sorry! Looks like you caught us at a bad time. We are busy in fixing a technical issue.” I wonder how long it can last as my usage of data is about to reach the extreme and I have no idea what to do because I cannot even login my account . As a trusted company, I don’t think at&t should have this issue for such a long time.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to Sign in to your AT&T account online. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Are you getting any error codes along with those error messages? Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your wireless device, or when you try to sign in on an internet browser? If you're not using the app, which internet browser are you using? Have you already tried clearing the cache and cookies in your internet browser? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

I have having this same issue for about a week now. I have tried to access my account on gmail and safari. Is there another browser you recommend?

Even when I do the password reset it says name and number doesn't match. Been me for 10 years with AT&T....pretty sure it is me!! This happens on my app and the website.  I do pray this is something you guys are aware of and fixing cause it's very frustrating! Thanks

@AMY41143 I've been trying for 6 MONTHS!! multiple looonnnggg phone calls to ATT, transfer to this department, that department... oh sorry, that department is closed. My frustration is at its limit. Unfortunately I cannot log in to pay off my phone and get the (Edited per community guidelines) away from ATT!!!

Going on 3 weeks. Been on phone  with support no one can seem to figure it out. PW reset, created new accounts, clear history and cache, nothing, different browser and computers.

Me, too.   I’ve only tried for a week. Even tried calling my Internet provider, but everything is working. I still can’t login. Paid my bill over the phone.  Have you found a solution?

I don't even have an account with AT&T but some how they got my information and took money out of my account everyone better be careful something not right

The AT&T login page won't even load when I click on it. I can access my AT&T email through my I-Phone and on my MacBook Air mail function, but I am unable to access my e-mail using Safari nor am I able to access my AT&T account.

I tried again & got the following message.

 

Error details

An error occurred fulfulling the current request to https://zlp43257.vci.att.com/sps/authservice/authentication.
This error was caused by an internal/unexpected error on the invoked protocol module leading to the exception displayed below.
Please validate configuration of the executing protocol and environment.
This is not a problem with the SPS.

I have a log in issue as well. I had no problem log into my account until last month. 

 

I tried to log into my account on the website (via Mac, Chrome, Sapari, sapari in iphone...Nothing is working!) many times! It keep saying " Oops! Something went wrong. Try clearing browser cookies and try again."  I cleared all the browser cookies. It is still not working. Where should I contact? I just cannot solve this problem!!!!Please let me know!

A quick follow up to this issue: it's been resolved for me.  After a bunch of googling I was able to find that the former AT&T login site had changed, but didn't automatically redirect you to the new site (genius).  The link to the prepaid site is below, and I had to reset my password.  I can access my account now, but what a stupid hassle (that you would think and AT&T help desk rep could have figured out).  Good luck everyone!

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the link is not working for me. 

It says "The wireless number you entered is not associated with a valid AT&T PREPAID subscriber. Please check the number and try again."

 

Maybe this link works for the prepaid customers only.

I have been having this problem from today. Customer service was not able to help in any way. They kept resetting the PW. On my mobile device when I login, it keeps telling me try again after some time. On laptop, the clear cookies message keeps coming. What the heck is going on?

hello all, we are having the same issue! my mom's email address is not being recognized, and when i click the link embedded in our email a new page opens but nothing appears on the screen! i am just so frustrated, did anybody resolve this problem? I see it's been going on for a few months now.

askjiju — Try from another IP address. You can do this by using your phone (with Wi-Fi off), going to your workplace, Starbucks, the library, using a VPN, etc. They seem to have blocked certain IP addresses, and that will result in exactly the symptoms you're describing (Clear cookies on desktop browsers, "try again" on mobile app).

This is getting ridiculous - it takes forever and a day to get the login fields - I've tried using Chrome IE and Edge and all the same issue.  As I've provided this complaint, took a screenshot, saved the pic and edited it, logged into my forum account, uploaded the picture/screenshot, edited my forum post to add the picture  - I still am waiting on my other tab in two browsers for the sign in fields to appear.  I think ATT needs a new CTO and/or department.attnologin.jpg
