Login help for 2 separate accounts

So I recently had a account with my ex fiancé and then I got my own account but it’s with first net now and it says I have 2 separate accounts but unable to link them to view my bill online

Hello, @Peure304! We want to help you link the two accounts.

 

We recommend linking the two AT&T accounts:

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Choose Combine all your AT&T accounts to one ID.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Once you complete the steps, we may send you a one-time code. Enter this code to finish linking the accounts.
