limiting account access for additional users

I am the primary account holder and have 5 lines on my account.  How do I limit access to the account for everyone but myself?  I am okay with them accessing their own information, but not billing or the information of the other users

they dont have access unless you shared your login info and pin number only the primary and authorized account users can access it

I am trying to add my wife as an authorized user and having no luck finding the area to go. I’m about ready to cancel AT&T. We have no service sometimes having to walk down the driveway. No calls come in at our house. This is extremely frustrating. I’m an over the road trucker and my wife uses the phone. We can never talk due to multiple dropped calls. I’m about ready to switch companies. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be  greatly appreciate. Thank you

 If you have a weak signal at your house by all means get a provider that has better coverage that works for you. Adding an authorized user is a 30 second task. Login to your account. Choose your wife phone number click add as an authorized user
