Dear idi-ots,

I am sick of getting this pop-up 'security' check, you need to fix this crap. How about this, you keep 'double-checking', cause I ain't paying you a dime until you figure it out!

What's the point of this?? Accidentally broke my phone today and tried to log in from my pc and got this message. It's sending a message to a broken phone. No option to send the verification code elsewhere. Talked to customer support and their answer was to go get the phone fixed or buy a new one to log in. Haha ok. This wasn't thought out.

SOLVED MY ISSUE - Thought I'd share maybe it'll help someone else -  I just spent an hour talking to tech support and we finally resolved it at least for my scenario.  I have a few contacts in my iPhone labeled SPAM, which I add spammers that call as add on lines so they are automatically blocked so I don't have to create a separate blocked phone number for each and block them.  I get SO many SPAM calls it's pathetic really... (Yes, I have Call Protect installed too) The agent had me scan my blocked numbers for one starting with 746.  I found if and unblocked it, and it started working.  I hope someone saves some time if they run into this problem in the future and this helps them.  I hate wasting time!
