L569 error

When I try to log into the myAt&T app I get an L569 error.  I am in the US.  I have contacted customer service and they are not able to fix the issue.

Not having full access to your account online can be annoying. We're sorry about the issues.

Are you using an email address, or your wireless number to sign in? Do you have a stand alone wireless account, or a unified account?

Instead of the app, try signing in using your mobile browser, with m.att.com/myatt and follow back up to let us know if you're able. Thank you!
