iPad data plan

I cannot access my data plan account online anymore with my login info. I get asked to reset password, I entered the requested IMEI and ICCID and it tells me it doesn't match what's on record. That's the info I have so I don't know what to do and cannot find anywhere I can speak with a real person to help me. I didn't tell ATT they could change my password, so why was it changed?????
