I keep getting redirect errors when trying to use AT&T Thanks

I was trying to get some movie tickets for Ticket Twosdays and I can't get in.  I click the link and get this message: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.  I have tried this on 4 different browsers on 3 different devices and still get the error.  I tried to use the app on my iphone, but I can't even log in to that right now.  You are a multi-billion dollar company.  This is one of your core features.  Why can't you develop networking that works.  Verizon and T-Mobile don't have these kinds of problems.  Please help me resolve this issue.

Let's look into resolving your Ticket Twosdays sign in issue for you. Most login issues can be resolved by following a few simple steps.

  • Be sure to use the same AT&T user ID (username and password) used to log in to myAT&T app or to view your AT&T bill online.
  • Don't have an AT&T user ID?
    1. In the AT&T THANKS app, go to the My Account tab and click on Login Help.
    2. Scroll to the section How do I get an AT&T user ID? and click Tap Here.
    3. This will take the customer to the Create your AT&T User ID webpage.
    4. The customer's new AT&T user ID must be associated with customer's existing active postpaid wireless, DIRECTV/U-verse TV or AT&T Internet account.
  • Forgot User ID or Password?
    1. In the AT&T THANKS app, go to the My Account tab and click on Login Help.
    2. Scroll to the section, What do I do if I forgot my User ID or Password.
    3. Click Tap Here and customer must follow instructions for Forgot User ID/Password on
