I got the AT&T app but access isnt granted?

I got the AT&T app today to view my data usage but whenever I try to open it, it says "Yor ID has not been granted access.." How do I fix this?

Are you the primary on the account? If not, the primary may have added a security pin to prevent unauthorized access.

Does the message say why your access is denied?

I'm not the primary on the account.

It doesnt say why my account wont grant me access, it just says i have to wait or call customer service
