Hello, @arturorocha2001! We can help you recover your user ID and reset your online password!
Thank you @formerlyknownas for your input.
To recover your user ID, select Forgot user ID on the myAT&T sign-in page.
To reset your online password, select Forgot Password, on the myAT&T sign-in page, enter your user ID and last name, and follow the instructions.

Your username is probably the email that you get notifications on.
Do you get text notifications indicating you are on a 30-day Prepaid Plan?
