I can't log in to my GoPhone account to refill my balance

I repeatedly tried to log in to my GoPhone account starting at about 11:45pm 7/27/15 and kept getting a 'This webpage is not available' message.

I also dialed 611 and your 800 number from my phone, entered my phone number, and was told there was no account associated with my phone number. 

My balance expires either on the 27th or 28th. I wanted to verify for sure when it expired and add money so my balance doesn't expire. I'd better not lose my balance just because of problems on your end.
