I can’t get in to link my billing to my account

I went to AT&T today and got a new phone. I am signed into the app but I can’t link my account to my billing. It asks for either a passcode or a billing account number. The passcode I gave to my sales rep to use is coming back incorrect and I don’t know my “billing account number”. Now I can’t see my bills. What am I supposed to do.

We can help you access your account, @Scshelby7799.

You simply need your new phone number, & billing ZIP Code.

  1. Go to the myAT&T sign-in page and select Create one now.
  2. Enter your AT&T phone number or account number and your billing ZIP Code. You may also be prompted to enter a verification code.
  3. If there’s already a user ID for the account, choose from the options provided.
  4. Provide the requested info to verify your identity.
  5. Choose how you want to receive your verification code, if prompted.
  6. Enter the verification code we sent you.
