Hey there @Fraina, we'd be glad to help you identify your wireless account number. 

 

Please be advised, you can find your can see your AT&T account number online or in the top-right corner of your bill. Also, you should be able to confirm your account number on your receipt of services. If you're still unable to locate your account number, we'd recommend for you to visit your nearest AT&T retail location for further assistance. 

 

To get your AT&T PREPAID account number, call our team at 800.901.9878 (or 611 from your AT&T wireless phone).

Seriously this has to be a joke? Your reps have the awful habit of setting people up with new accounts and failing to disclose their account # at that time. So when the user attempts to access their account on myATT- you know, to view their bills with the account # on it- they find that they have to then create a new account. Ok no biggie, right? Wrong. You click create new account, wireless, then enter your phone number. It then proceeds to prompt you for your .. … (for suspense) .. .. ACCOUNT NUMBER. And when customers try to obtain that account number from customer service, we are directed to myATT and the circle starts all over again. It’s a joke with yall at this company I swear.

My receipt shows an account number, but guess what, I can only see the last 4, the rest of is is xxxxxxxxxxxx and now  finally I get one from a phone rep and the stinking thing doesn't work. I'm furious with ATT and now stuck in a contract and haven't even started service.
