How to change my account pin number online?

I just signed up with an unlimited plan and I got my phone in the mail. An email says to change my pin number asap. I try and set up my online profile but it says I need my account number to authorize my identity. I didn't get my account number with any of my paper work. It will NOT let me use my phone number to set up my second and now says it's locked. I've read others are having this same issue. Who do we not receive our account information with our phone? Why are we instructed to change ito road code asap , but we CAN'T because we don't have our account number. I understand we will get ito number with our first bill. Why make this confusing and urgently inform us to change information (passcode) when we don't even have the information needed to do this.

Maybe try and tell the customer they can't do anything without the account number that they will get with their first bill. So don't even try. It's VERY VERY frustrating.

Let’s try to alleviate some of that frustration for you! Although not present on your phone bill or online account, your PIN number is usually the last 4 digits of your telephone number.

After 24-hours and you’re able to attempt another registration setup, feel free to try the following steps:

Log into your Digital Life Account from any computer or mobile device

1.    Go to the My Account section

2.    Select User Profiles

3.    Click Edit on your Primary Account

4.    Scroll down to Security System Access Codes

5.    Select Edit PIN

6.    Enter your new 4 digit Security PIN

7.    Repeat your new Security PIN

8.    Click Save

Here’s a step-by-step video for your convenience. Make sure to reach back and fill us in should you require additional help! 😄
