How can I dispute activation fees on myAT&T app?

I wasn’t told about activation fees when I switched to at & t at local Walmart. I have 3 lines and it’s 90 bucks. No word was mentioned.

You would have signed an agreement, which included them as charges.

Especially if you bought phones on promotion.
Read your paperwork.  I know that when going through Best Buy you have to initial a page which says that you are being charged an upgrade or activation fee. And you also have to initial a separate page that acknowledges  the restock fee.

Whether you were told or not doesn’t change the fact they are still legitimate charges. Disputing them won’t do any good. If you want to dispute, you need to call. There is no way to dispute charges online.

At any rate this would be a Best Buy issue not At&t. At&t didn’t fail to inform you Best Buy did
