How can i access the IMO portal?

I requested a ticket for imo. However, when I try to log in, I get denied access. I'm being denied access even while at work. The page is blocked by AT&T Global Logon. I have no way possible to access.

Just to confirm, are you using the IMO Access Request page? If so, what exactly is happening on your end when you try to submit the form? With more specific details about what you're seeing, we'll be better positioned to assist you.

Please utlize the link to request an Access ID here and then you would be able to enroll in the discount by visiting this website. The reason for this requirement is to confirm eligibility for the IMO discount.


If you are still having issues please contact your Field Representive they will be able to best assist.

This is the worst advice I've ever seen, you literally didn't even address the question asked. He asked why he is being denied from logging in, not how to set up an account. This is a huge and recurring problem that seems will never have a solution and makes me lose faith in ATT as an employer and a service provider

This is insane! I keep getting emails to log in and verify for the audit but every time I do I get the “Forbidden” error that others have reported.

People have been having trouble logging or submitting their discount request since 2 years ago. I just started 6 months ago and I’m seeing the same issues. Is AT&T scamming their employees? Should i take legal action? I still don’t have my (Edited per community guidelines) discount. I’m paying full price for the last 3 months. And you guys pay us $12. What a joke honestly.
