Got my own line from family plan

My mom and I were on the same plan. I went solo. She never used the app as I paid the bill and managed the account I would like to create a new account so I may view bill and other app stuff. Unsure how. Because it keeps associating my number to my moms solo account (my cell is still posted as removed ) And I deleted ATT auto fill on chrome and 3rd party password vault but I am tired so the obvious could be right in front of me I’d rather find solution from you fine internet folks than the support chat for f***king sure and somewhat the customer service line, it’s not that bad when it’s human Thanks !

Please reread your post and notice that nowhere did you clearly State what your problem was. I can sort of infer what the problem is...

Are you trying to create your own access ID? When you enter your phone number to create your own access ID are you getting an error? Please provide other useful information that might tell us what is actually going wrong when you try to access your own individual account.

Like, did you switch from postpaid account to a prepaid account?  Etc

Hello MrsIanOtts2022, we're here to help you create your new account.

As the ACE @formerlyknownas  mentioned, we will need more details in order to assist with creating a new account.

Your family plan owner may need to process a transfer of billing responsibility of your line to you. When you accept the transfer, you will set up your own account and plan.

Let us know if this helps.
