gophone login problem

When logging in to refill by gophone balance, I log in with my phone# and password, but then it takes me to the change password page instead of logging me on to refill my phone balance.

I can understand how important it is to access your online account. I’ll be more than happy to help you resolve this!

 

The way the page is directing you, it sounds to me like a system glitch. I recommend using a different browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try logging into your account on Mozilla FireFox.

 

If this does not allow you to login, try to clear cache and cookies on your browser to refresh the system.

I loaded the Firefox browser.  It looks like I may be able to refill my account at a site called "comfi" if I create an account there.  I haven't done that, but I still can't login to the att page when using Firefox or Internet Explorer, I feel I'm missing something simple.  I type in my 10 digit phone#, then my 4 digit password, then I click on "login".  I'm then directed to the change password page.  I have my settings where browsing history is automatically deleted when closing windows and I defrag.

Thank you for trying the suggested steps. If this is the first time trying to access your myAT&T account, the user name is your 10-digits wireless number, and the initial password is the last 4-digits of your wireless number.

 

If you still have problems accessing your account, please call our GoPhone support team at 800-901-9878 to help you register.

 

Additional options to refill your GoPhone balance:

 

Automated phone service:

 

  • Call 611 from your AT&T wireless phone
  • Follow the prompts to say Refill
  • Select your payment method
  • Enter your 4-digit password (initially the last 4 digits of your phone number)
  • Enter the refill amount
  • Enter your payment information
  • Confirm your refill payment

 

*Services:

 

  • Call *888* + Refill card PIN number + #
  • Press Send
