Fraud inquiry
I just opened up an account with AT&T and 2 days later my service got cancelled for ‘fraud.’ Visited the AT&T store already where they called a customer service representative (didn’t direct me in the right place.) I’m now home and can’t do anything about not having service as I can’t make calls. Hoping someone here knows what to do.

Since your service was cancelled and the account was marked as fraud, you'll need to contact our Global Fraud Management team so they may research what exactly happened. You can file a report online about what happened, or if you're able to call again, you can reach them by calling them at 877-844-5584.
