Data and Text Use
I am showing some data and text use on 3 of my 4 lines. The fourth line has no detail at all. All of my texts on my line aren't showing - because I actually know who I have texted. When I emailed I was told I needed legal action to get this information??? What is going on? I switched back to AT&T so I could see the logs since I have two teenagers.

All you can see is the date time and number of the texts not the actual conversation I messaging uses data and doesn’t show up as texts everything is on your online account. In the detailed billing link.

I am seeing nothing on the one line. No data usage - no texts - nothing. I did not expect to see the conversations - but I do expect to see the numbers and data usage.
