creating at&t account

hi im trying to access my account on my AT&T account but its saying its invalid

Let's work together to troubleshoot this error. This may be caused by entering the wrong log-in information, so use the steps below to find and confirm your User ID and password:

  • Forgot your User ID? Go to the MyAT&T sign-in page and select Forgot your User ID? You'll be prompted to enter your recovery email, which will then send your User ID to that address. This helps if you have multiple accounts with different IDs, or need to reset your password.
  • Forgot your password? Go to the MyAT&T sign-in page and select Forgot your password? You'll be prompted to enter your User ID, and then you'll be able to reset your password. 

Once you've done both of the above, try logging into your account once again. If this doesn't help, we have a sign-in FAQ including answers you can use to help back into your account.
