Creating access id

Im trying to create my access id and i cant get passed the billing account number page. Whats the dealio?

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're experiencing this issue while trying to create your User ID. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. What exactly is preventing you from getting past the initial page? Are you getting any error messages? Are you using the myAT&T app or the myAT&T login website to create your User ID? Please let us know. You can also try clearing the cache from your current internet browser, or use a different internet browser/different device, then enter your billing zip code and phone number instead of your account number when you Create your User ID online. Let us know if this helps.

We'd love to help with this. Now that you've created your ID, are you still unable to get past the billing account page? Are you using the site or the myAT&T app? If you're only using one, try the other to learn if you have the same issue there. If you're using the site, try to sign in on a different browser. If using the app, remove and reinstall it. Are you receiving any error messages? Please let us know.
