Constantly getting locked out of my account?

Disclaimer: AT&T has been pretty vague when I've tried to contact them about this, so I'm not expecting a whole lot. 

 

Just about every week I'm being locked out of my account "for safety" and I honestly don't know how many times I can change my password before it becomes something crazy I won't remember. The only people who log in are me and my father and we both keep the "remember me" box checked so there's no way we're entering in the passwords wrong. However, every couple days, without fail- I try to log in and see I am locked out of my account AGAIN!!! Cat Mad

 

Why does this keep happening? Has this happened to anyone else?

I have to call AT&T constantly to have them unlock my account. It is so very frustrating. When I try to reset my password to avoid having to call them yet again, the email and phone number is not correct. I have expressed this several times to the person on the phone, but they don't seem concerned. It is beyond frustrating.
