I can't get in to pay cell bill, I've requested user name, password, mine don't match. I have this same problem every month and I'm so tried of it, Been trying for 2 hours and now locked out for 24 hrs

~What kind of account are you trying to pay for, AT&T PREPAID or postpaid.

~How have you ended up paying your bill the previous months

~Do you have difficulty accessing your myAT&T account for other features

~What is your account security settings, normal or extra

~What payment method are you attempting to use, check or credit card

~Have you explored the possibility of enrolling in autopay?
