Your last sixteen months of call records can be retrieved off of the website; to retrieve those you would login here and then take these steps:
1. Go to Usage 2. It will show you an overview of your recent usage 3. Select the billing period you want from the dropdown 4. In the usage section select view usage details 5. Select Data, Text, Talk
From there you can download your usage details.
For the bill cycles which will no longer be available on the website (longer than 16 months back) we can reprint you a physical paper bill. The first reprint of the year is free of charge, and then each bill reprint after is $5. Your bill reprint will include a breakdown of all charges, as well as call records for the chosen billing cycle.
