Can't verify my identity

I have applied online and in the store. One online transaction went thru and I had to cancel it because I don't have a $700 deposit. So they cancelled it so I could get a cheaper phone. Now they can't identity my identity again. 

I had to use my email address for my last name. They are taking email addresses and putting them down as your last name and won't except your legal name

We'll need more information in regards to your issues with setting up an account. Were you informed to use your email address as your last name? Did this happen in-store or online, where you had to submit your email address? What are you being told now when attempting to verify your identity?
