cant sign up a new account

Please i need to have an account to enter to portal, because invoices are not delivered on time to pay 

please respond!

We know how important it is to be able to access your online account, @Eagleburgmann.

 

If you haven't already navigate to the myAT&T sign in page and select the option to create one now.  Once there follow the steps as listed:

 

  1. Enter your AT&T phone number or account number and your billing ZIP Code. You may also be prompted to enter a verification code.
  2. If there’s already a user ID for the account, choose from the options provided.
  3. Provide the requested info to verify your identity.
  4. Choose how you want to receive your verification code, if prompted.
  5. Enter the verification code we sent you.
  6. Create your user ID and password. Be sure your ID is an email address that starts with a letter.
  7. Decide if you want to save your ID and your password to your device, if prompted.
  8. Enter the contact info for your user ID.
  9. Set up your security questions and answers.
  10. Accept the AT&T User ID Terms & Conditions.
  11. Choose whether you want to sign up for paperless billing for your accounts, if prompted.
    If you go paperless, we’ll email you a link. Select it to verify your email address.
  12. Select Finish Activation, if you’re creating an ID in the middle of a device activation process. 

There is also an option to get sign in help via text message.
