When I try to view my data, text, & call log I receive a blank box.

Known issue being reported by multiple customers. ATT says they are working on it. Seems to be restricted to the MyATT app. If you want to view usage logs, use a browser.
Sanblaster, I appreciate your response but it seems to be my phone. I tried using the browser and got the same blank box. It works if I access MY ATT on my laptop. Hopefully they'll be able to resolve this soon. Thank you.
How can we improve?
