Can't remove linked account
When I first started my online account my boyfriend used a email that was used with another account and it wont let me unlink it because there is a unpaid balance.

We'd love to help with this. Here's information on removing a linked account from your user ID. If there is a balance, it will need to be paid before it is removed.
