Can't login to ATT Premier account



The person who had access to our ATT Premier account has left the company and we are now unable to login to our account. 



I don't know who our account rep is and haven't had any luck tracking down that information. 




Please help!

I’m sorry that you are having trouble with getting information regarding your Premier Account, I would be happy to assist you get to the correct department.

The National Business Services department can be reached at 800.999.5445.  The NBS representatives typically do not speak with end-users (mobile users), only the designated contact person.  Since the issue is that the contact person is no longer with your company, this will need to be explained at the beginning of the call.

Hi, I have been given two different local AT&T reps emails and phone numbers to set this up, and NO ONE has called me back yet. This has been incredibly frustrating as I haven't been able to get into our accounts for over 2 weeks. This needs to be RESOLVED NOW.
