Can't create an Access ID for any account.

My wireless management is under one account and my landline management is under another account. I want to create an Access ID to mange them both, but it won't let me. How do I create an Access ID and link my existing accounts to it?

What errors are you getting?

I had no issues creating my ID and linking my wireless and U-Verse together under one ID, once I read the error message I was getting at first. I was trying to use my cell phone number to control both accounts, and not clearly reading the error message that told me that the new ID could not start with a number. Once I read that, and chose an ID that started with a letter, it alll works just fine for me.
