Can't Access Online Account
I bought a SIM card today at ATT for an ATT mobile hotspot. I tried to access my account online. I entered my "phone number" for the SIM card. (In quotes because it does not allow making phone calls.) And my ZIP code.
But then it wanted my billing account number. How would I have any access to that if I can't get into my account? How do I get into my account, please?

Well, that is what I ended up having to do. Call that number and answer lots of stupid questions to a bot. Then wait on hold. It took over a half hour to find out my account number. Do you think that is acceptable service?

Sorry if I was not clear. I already bought a SIM card and had it activated. But your online system won't let me log in without an account number. No one at the ATT store gave me an account number. Just a phone number that goes with this data-only SIM card.

Since this is regarding a hotspot data-only plan, then your account would be PREPAID. You can find your PREPAID account number by calling 800-901-9878 for support.
