Cannot login to my prepaid account

I cannot login to my prepaid account to check balance eventhough I use account nr en pass linked to this account. It always say incorrect information…

Greetings @Karen78, we understand that you're unable to login to your prepaid account. We'd love to help with this.


We currently offer a self-help option for online password and username reset. You can access these tools on our home page. Tap the Sign in option and on this screen there is a Forgot User ID or password option. Select either to help retrieve your credentials to login.


Make sure you are visiting our article on accessing your PREPAID account.


We can use some additional information to help you get logged in.

  • Can you sign into your AT&T prepaid account via a different browser? This will help determine if the browser you are using is not allowing you to log in.


  • Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser? Clearing your browser may help as well.
