We are here to help you log in to your myAT&T account, @Keefakeefa

We do understand how important it is to be able to manage your myAT&T account. Let's try a few steps to see if this helps.

If you have the myAT&T app, try deleting it and re-downloading it. Get the myAT&T app for your device:

  • Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send you a link so you can download the app.
  • Sign in to the app with the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com—your AT&T user ID and password.

We recommend using our password reset guide to help reset your passsword and following the steps for using a temporary password.

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. After you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Furthermore, you can Reset or change your wireless security passcode online It’s different from your password for signing in, and it’s not related to your device or voicemail.

  1. Go to Profile > Sign-in info.
  2. In the Wireless passcode section, select Forgot your passcode? or Change passcode.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter and submit your new security passcode information.
