cannot Log In - account Bad Request w/ computer + no device access

I am unable to log in to my account on my computer. I can still log in via phone app... I'm using ATT prepaid and it is a bother to use the phone any time I need to access the account to do anything.
I'm using an anti-virus, tried using exceptions. Tried using different browsers...
please help... thanks!!
edit: I just attempted, and am unable to log in via phone as well... not sure how long the phone has been unavailable. Inside the myAT&T the "Go to your account" area does not move anything, no response, when touched
+ Browser on device shows "bad request"
