Cannot create an ID

I am a member of a family plan. But whenever I tried to created an ID using my own wireless number, it would fail and show "Sorry your account has been locked" after several attempts. I do not know why and hope someone can help me figure this problem.

Hello @yhxiong,

 

We can definitely assist you with creating a user ID for your online myAT&T account. You can follow the steps at this link to Create your User ID if you don't have one already. You will usually receive an account locked error message when your User ID is locked after six unsuccessful login attempts have been made within a 24-hour period. You can unlock your User ID by performing a Password Reset, or reattempting to login after one hour. Let us know if this helps.
