Can I view the phone bill if I’m not the account owner?

So I recently jumped on a plan with my boyfriend, & we agreed that I would pay for my phone bill & he would pay for his, it sounds really simple & straightforward, right? Wrong. Well, now that it’s come to that day where the bill needs to get paid, he’s demanding I give him the money, which I have no problem doing so, but all I asked of him was to show me the phone bill or screenshot it & send it to me so I know how much I owe & all the little details, just to protect myself, & make sure I’m not being taken advantage of. (We’ve been arguing a lot lately, because he’s been struggling & stressed out due to lack of money & other stressors all happening at the same time) ANYWAYS; I don’t know if it’s even possible for me to create an account due to him already having an account with both of our phone numbers. I’m assuming I’m not the only one that’s ever gone through a similar situation, at least I hope not. But then again, I’m sure the person who’s the account owner wouldn’t mind showing the people on their account their portion of the bill. I don’t know if I’m wasting my time with this question or there’s a quick & simple solution, either way. Please help me.
