AT&T won't send a security code in text to allow me to log in

This is an ongoing problem for a while now. AT&T won't send a text to any of the numbers (or phones) on my account for me to log into my account. I am on AutoPay, so every month I get a text of bill payment, but won't get a text for login verification on computer. Have tried multiple computers, web browsers on iPad, iPhones, Macs, PC everything... nothing working. This is not an issue with cookies or cache.
