ATT Wireless Login Problem

I have been unable to access ATT mobile login to view my bill for almost 10 days?  I have the same user name phone number and password for many many years.  The app on my ipad has the same issue?  When I attempt to recover the password it says it does not match my username when I attempt to recover both it says I don't have either email on file - but I have no other email addresses.  Ironically the email to 'view my bill' is the one they say is not on file.  I am overseas ad I cant even get chat to function?  What is going on?

Good evening. Welcome to the Community Forums! I can see how not being able to access your account while you are overseas is concerning! I will be happy to share some information on this issue.

 

First you will want to uninstall and re-install the MyAT&T app, and I would try to log into www.att.com and see if your logins are working. You should be able to chat in anywhere you have internet; I would be concerned about this as well.

Hi daniel

 

the login issue is still unresolved.  I attempted login this morning and got the below message.  The active mobile number and my last name don't exist in the database?  Per my prior email can you unregister the acct so I can start over with a new online registration?

 

ERROR
Hmmm. We've searched our records and can't find the User ID and last name combination you entered. Check your entries, and try again.

update

 

my PC (all browsers) and android Samsung tablet login issue has not been resolved.  iphone and ipad apps same issue.  No access, phone and email address don't exist in database.  I have had the same ATT mobile number since 1997, same user name and pw.  Was told to contact Intl service support.  I assume I am not the only ATT customer having this issue and it should be escalated to the technical team.

Typical ATT 3rd world IT department. I have to reset my password every month due to their inconsistencies. Bravo ATT for being 3rd rate as usual.

Help- I am having the same issue. I am abroad and can't log-in- keep getting the error messages. I have tried all of the different ID's I might have (phone number, AT&T email, contact emails on file, etc.).

What's up with AT&T and not being able to sign in to your account online? And what the private email instead of posting a notice on the side. I think it's has something to do with a recent upgrade to AT&T Digital Life, IOS app and online. When I try to login to my AT&T account online it brings me to a Digital Life demo and then tells me I've lost my connection and it will try to reconnect. It never does. When I go to my old AT&T account login bookmark online it does the same things. HELLO, Billions of Dollars a Year company, what can you get right? And what is going on with your login problems? Where's my bill and why can't I login to Digital Life online or  AT&T online to chat wit someone about this? WAKE UP UP!

I cannot login to my account to pay my AT&T internet bill. Right now I’m not in the US. I had no problem last month paying my bill from here. So where I am might not be an issue. My problem is exactly the same as the contributor, @mdarrow (except I only have an internet account, not a wireless or land line with AT&T). The AT&T system does not recognize my user ID nor password. Any suggestions?

I’m unable to login to my account and have reset the password multiple times but still getting the email, password not found. So frustrating- I called and after waiting 20 minutes was transferred to India which I couldn’t barely understand the tech person. I was told there was a problem on their end and to try back in 4-6 hrs. Ok, so it’s now 8 hrs and I went through the whole process again and guess what!! I’m still not able to access my freakin account!

I’m having exactly the same issue every time I leave the US. It doesn’t recognize my user name, phone numbers, email address (to which monthly bills are sent). So frustrating...

You have to have a VPN service when you’re outside the States. The ATT system must recognize your IP address to be of the US origin. I used my friend’s to sign in to pay my bill just in time. If you don’t want to subscribe to a VPN service, autopay and using a mail client to receive emails maybe are the best option.
