At Data, txt, talk log issues

For the past month or so I have not been able to see my data txt and talk logs. I click on the tab to view them and this little pop up window comes up instead of loading the page but the little window doesn’t even say anything. It’s just blank and I can’t move past it. Why does the att app always have so many issues. I feel like it should be a lot better it being such a large brand.

I'm getting so (Edited per community guidelines) over this!! Day 9 for me contacting att every (Edited per community guidelines) day.  NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER.  Basically told I'm not accessing app right.  I cannot see these logs on the app OR online.  Same (Edited per community guidelines) thing white box.

While our team is aware of this trend and working towards a resolution, currently, there is no estimated time of availability. However, you can still track your current usage by using our Star Services.

 

For quick updates on remaining data and texting balances in your current bill period, text *3282# (*DATA#) for English, or *3286# (*DATO#) for Spanish.

I am also having this issue. The app and computer will not pull up the text and data logs.  I’ve been told they would send me my info via email within ten minutes. That never happened. Then some one told me to email gldc@att.com and they would send me the info within 30 minutes. I was told I wasn’t clicking the buttons right. LOL!! The dude felt bad after that and gave me a $20 credit. I’m not stupid, I’ve been viewing my text logs for like forever. He also told me to wait 24 hours per their IT dept, but said maybe wait 48 to 72 hours for them to get it up and running again. They can not send you the most recent logs, just so everyone is aware. It worked for like a day on a computer. It’s ridiculous. I always have so many problems with this company. They sit and lie to you and then try and shove you off the phone as fast as possible.

I’m getting extremely frustrated at this point I’m ready to look elsewhere for service. Still owe on my phones but if I had the money to pay them off I’d be out.
