Account suspended

My account was suspended due to late payment, I was expecting a paper bill arriving at my house, but they sent it to a different address.  I'm trying to pay the bill online so my account will be unsuspended, but it's saying I don't have authorization to view the account due to it being suspended. How can I pay my bill?

By calling 800-331-0500 from a different phone or pay it in person at one of the corporate stores.
