Account Overview Page


Just been experiencing very strange behavior after login to ‘Account Overview’. When attempting to view ‘Account Overview’ under the ‘my AT&T’ tab. The browser becomes completely unresponsive. Using ‘IE9’ browser. The only way to close out the browser was to use the ’Ctr+Alt+Delete’ keys to completely log out and close out the browser. All other websites are functioning correctly. Thanks.

Maybe clear out your cookies and cache.  Could be an isolated IE9 issue.  You could put the URL in your "Safe" zone so IE9 will load cookies and java correctly 100% of the time.

Just a heads up, its not "Just an IE9 thing"


4 years later and chrome and its still a problem.  Its an ATT tactic to make you go over your cap and pay extra.


Suddenly when I get a direct link to it, the site is down for me but noone else.
