Access Denied on this server

I'm trying to pay my bills but I'm outside the US (I had to move back to Spain because of COVID-19) and it won't let me access the website not on my computer or on my phone.

I only have one wifi server and no data service here yet so it's important that you help me otherwise I won't be able to pay my bill.

accounts are not accesible outside the US call the international number

My phone line isn't operative here and I need to pay my bill online, I don't know when I will be able to return to the US. I appreciate something easier or more practical, I'm in charge of a family plan.

@letivilasanjuan calling or chatting in is the only option account access is blocked from outside the US (government mandated) there is nothing easier,

I can't call because I don't have an operative phone line (my US number doesn't work here and I don't have a Spanish number anymore so I'm only on wifi quarantined and unable to leave the house) what alternative to calling is there that I can do exclusively online?

You must have prepaid service. If you had postpaid, you would be able to roam and the call to the international support number is a free call. If you are prepaid, there is no alternative to calling.

I have the same issue (quarantined abroad and couldn't access the account log in) - what solved it for me was that I logged on while on a VPN.

I am getting the same access denied screen message when logging into my att account from my pc. I was on chat for an hour with ATT and they were not able to help me with the error. They had no idea why it was happening. I live in the states so this is not an international only issue. ATT figure out the problem!!!
