Worst service EVER!!
I live in Loveland Colorado and while I never had the best service with AT&T it hasn't been the worse. But now I can't carry on a conversation on the phone anywhere including in my own house connected to Wi-Fi. My phone can only send and receive texts. Why am I paying $120/month to TEXT?!?! I CAN'T EVEN CALL THE DOCTOR IF I NEED TO!

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't yet, completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. This should help it make a fresh connection. If that doesn't work, could you let us know the type of phone?
