Wonderful Raving Review
I just wanted to leave a really nice review for att rep Anthony that I spoke with today, 7/20/2021. He was the best customer service rep I've spoken to in years. Personable, kind, incredibly helpful. He easily de-escalated my frustration and annoyance and by the time I was finished speaking with him I was in a much better mood and was satisfied with the help I received
