Wireless Internet & phone service dropping service often

We have experienced on several occasions and more frequently as of late that we are dropping wireless internet service and wireless phone service is either 1 bar or no service. However, AT&T shows no outages in our area and no issues with our devices. We have gone up to 3 days with no service, typically it is 1 - 2 days. The amount we pay to have spotty coverage is insane and we are stuck with being ripped off, due to contract. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue or have any advice to help?.
