How come At&t is not saying anything about the fact that most of the major cities have no internet/WiFi connections. Those of us who are still work from home are losing money, and not getting any answers about this. Its insane. Its down in Almost every major city? Why cant they tell us whats actually gong on? You cant even talk to customer service!

And if it *is* in the South, it's likely to be out in some areas for days (or even weeks), judging by the damage I'm seeing due to flooding.
