Why is my service suddenly terrible?
We used to have good cell service in our neighborhood, and for the past few weeks the best I can get is 2 bars. What's going on? Why does it suddenly (Edited per community guidelines)? I'm ready to change providers.
My zip code is 30078.

Let's work together to improve your service connection in your area, @nothappycustomer123.
We understand how important it is to stay connected. You can check for any outages by clicking Wireless and follow the prompts. You may also provide us with the city and state, and we can check the towers in your area.
We want to try some troubleshooting steps to see if this helps with connectivity. Refreshing your connection helps with many services. Click Sign In to Start, and follow the prompts. You can also try resetting your network connections.
Use our Device Support tool for additonal troubleshooting tips. Start by selecting the make and model of your device for personalized steps.
In the meantime, you may want to using Wi-Fi calling to help stay connected. Wi-Fi Calling lets you talk and text from indoor locations where it’s hard even for a strong cellular signal to reach. Check to see if your device is compatible with Wi-Fi calling.
Let us know how these tips works for you. If you are still experiencing poor connection, we can meet in a DM to proceed with our next steps.

It is January 31, 2023 - My service stops working for day comes back on for ten minutes shuts off. They sent me a new Modem box does the same thing. Been on with support for hours at a time. Rebooting, unplugging, resetting..... doing the same thing I did before I called and the girl from the help desk out of the country keeps making me do it all over again to no avail. My phone does not work, WiFi and internet does not work. Why don't you send a technician out to see if there is a problem with something on your end. When we had dial up service that was what you did. Been a customer for over thirty years will be switching.
