Why is my service suddenly terrible?
In the last month, my service, as well as my family and friends has gone down hill. No signal in an area where we used to have great service. Yes, we have run diagnostics, everything as far as the phone is fine. What's going on?

Hello @peach007,
Thank you for letting us know.
We aren't seeing any ongoing service issues affecting your area at this time.
What specific issues are you currently experiencing with your wireless service?
Are you unable to make/receive phone calls, send/receive text messages, or use your mobile data?
Does this occur indoors, outdoors, or when you're traveling in a vehicle?
Also, what is the make and model of the wireless device that you're using?
Please let us know.
In the meantime, we recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution.
We hope this helps and look forward to hearing back from you soon!

What is happening exactly?
When was the last time this occurred?
Is your cell phone's software up to date?
Also, did you have a chance to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool?

I used to get full bars, now if we get one, we are lucky.... and as noted in my original question, I have checked the phones, they are all up to date and fine. It occurs every single day! I'm ready to switch to Verizon and I've been a loyal AT&T customer for more than 10 years!

Hello @peach007,
Thank you for informing us.
We're sorry to hear that you've been having signal issues.
What aspect of your wireless service is being affected specifically?
Are you experiencing dropped calls, text messaging issues, or cellular data connectivity problems?
Also, what troubleshooting steps have already completed?

@ATTHelp just report the coverage problem!!! If it’s them as well as their neighbors inside outside multiple phones it would be statistically unlikely to be fixed with any troubleshooting done by the customer. Let ATT do the troubleshooting on the signal.

I can’t believe the amount of run around I get… AT&T trying to tell me it’s our phones when CLEARLY it’s the service! Just look into the area and see if there’s problems with the towers, etc… I’m not sure why it’s that hard.

I guarantee if you can see how many complaints their are for the 53051 area code, you would be shocked!
