Why does coverage (Edited per community guidelines) so bad at Edwards Air Force Base
5G is spotty at best, and LTE, when we have any bars, is slower than my old iPhone 4 on LTE. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and this is not an issue with the phone. Data is consistently very slow. I would like to know what AT&T is planning on doing to increase the service provided to all of the military customers out here?

We are here to help with your service concerns at Edwards Air Force Base, @Slappy768r.
Thank you for your service!
We do understand how important it is to have good coverage in the area to stay connected. We did take a look at the towers in your area. At this time, there are no reported outages. All towers are in good standing.
We are happy to submit feedback on your behalf to help improve and expand our services in the area.
In the meantime, you may use our Wireless Support tool for step-by-step help to see if it helps with your connection. Scroll down to Fix My Wireless > Connection > Service Quality & Speed > then follow the prompts.
You may also try restarting your iPhone 13 Pro Max. Simultaneously press and hold the Side button and the Volume up or down button until the slider appears, then select and drag the Power icon to the right.
We hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for the reply. All of the above-mentioned troubleshooting does nothing to help with the issue. The issue is consistent with all of the AT&T customers that I have spoken to that live out here. The problem is that there are dead spots where the tower is either unreachable by our devices, or even if we have service, the data rate is painfully slow. The data is nonexistent when we enter some buildings, to the point that data is out of the question, and even making phone calls is barely possible. AT&T needs to invest in more bandwidth, farther-reaching antennas, and/or additional antennas in the area.
Thank you again.
